Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To initiate a cancellation, you must submit a written request via email to posephotollc@gmail.com at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after this cutoff may result in your membership being renewed for an additional billing period. In order to promote fairness and accessibility for all Pose community members, any member who cancels their membership is not eligible to re‑enroll or reactivate any membership level for a period of two (2) months from the effective cancellation date.


3 Month Sign On Bonus

Consistency is key to building a strong creative presence—whether that’s for your photography business, personal projects, or passion projects. That’s why our membership is designed to give you the freedom to plan, create, and grow without long-term contracts. You’re never locked in for more than a month at a time, but the real magic comes when you use your membership strategically over multiple months. For a limited time, new members who sign up will receive a 3-month sign-on bonus that includes a curated gift and a feature on our social media platforms. The 3-month promotional membership gives you the structure to grow while keeping flexibility—you’re never locked into a contract beyond the promotion. After the three months, you can decide to continue month-to-month, pause, or cancel without penalty. (Only available for Membership One: Creative Access or Membership Two: Premiere Access.)


Limited Memberships

To support a fair and welcoming environment for all renters, membership opportunities at Pose Studio are intentionally limited. This ensures that every member has consistent access to the studio, can plan their shoots with confidence, and feels part of a vibrant, supportive community. Because of this, memberships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.


How do I sign up for a membership?

Because our memberships are intentionally limited, there’s one small step to ensure everyone gets a fair experience. To get started, fill out our membership inquiry below. Pleas include a little about you, your creative goals, and the type of membership that will work best for your needs. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review it and send you a unique booking link so you can purchase your membership and start reserving studio time right away. If all memberships are currently full, don’t worry—you’ll be added to our waitlist. Members on the waitlist are notified as soon as a spot opens, ensuring everyone has a fair opportunity to join the community.


How do I reserve studio time?

Once you purchase a membership, reserving studio time is easy and flexible. Each membership tier comes with its own unique booking link, so you’ll always have a simple, direct way to schedule sessions that fit your creative needs. After signing up, you’ll receive an email with your personalized booking link. From there, you can view available time slots and book sessions.


Can I split/share a membership?

No, memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or sublet. This policy ensures that each member maintains consistent access to the studio and the full benefits associated with their membership tier. Members who do not adhere to this policy will be reviewed and have their membership paused or revoked. By limiting memberships to one person per account, we are able to provide a fair, organized, and reliable studio experience for all members.
